The minimum velocity needed for an object to overcome the gravitational pull of the earth is 11.2 km/s, which is also known as the escape velocity.
What is one thing that you want to come out of? There could be a lot of things, but most of them would be time-constrained. If you don’t gain a specific velocity, you won’t reach where you wish to be.
Escape Velocity is crucial in start-ups where the competition is fierce. In most cases, if a start-up doesn’t cross the chasm in a limited time, it dies. A start-up could be limited by money, resources, sales, and thousands of other reasons.
This is equally applicable for individuals as well. For an aspirant, it would be getting admission to a particular college or education; for someone single, it would be a finding a life partner before they turn 30; for someone below with financial limitations, it would be reaching to a particular financial status; and so on.
If one wishes to escape the situation they are in, they need to work on the push they need. Perhaps sometimes one might take help from external factors like funding in startups, bringing new partners, asking family and friends for help, but provided they help in escalating. Once you give the desired push for a certain amount of time and attain the escape velocity, you will be out of the “gravitational pull” of their limitation.
